Twenty years ago, Trevor Vas and I believed Australia needed a conference dedicated to talent acquisition. So we started one.

This year marks our 20th anniversary, and the program couldn’t be more relevant to the challenges facing our profession.

Our theme this year is Uplift—a reminder that, even amid profound change, we can build a stronger future for talent acquisition.

So many changes, so little time to absorb everything that is happening around us. I thought that things were happening fast twenty years ago, but I never imagined the impact of AI and the changing economic and demographic environment we are in.
