Hi, Kevin. Enjoy your posts though I'm just much less active in this space past few years. I sometimes forward articles that may be of interest to others. And, in my mentoring/advising work at Skydeck (UC Berkeley-based start-up accelerator), we're seeing more companies using AI in various ways for ED Tech/Talent, QA, Software development, etc. To your question, I think best practices and focusing on 'what works' is probably most helpful. Trends and strategy are fine (and always of interest) but it's what people are doing with these things that is most significant. Stay well. Cheers!
