Would you have some real world examples of toxic hiring algorithms. I have never seen companies using algorithms for hiring decisions but maybe I missed something.

Hi Kristof, Most modern software applications use algorithms in some way to match, sort, rank, or assess candidates. These include systems such as SmartRecruiters and Workday.

Kevin none of these make hiring decisions. It’s one of the main misconceptions amongst non-recruiters that an ATS does decide who is taken into consideration or not for a job.
