Thought on Candidate Selection. Our complex and time-consuming current interviewing and recruiting practices have not done much to improve productivity, nor can they be tied back to an increase in profits. How much should we loosen our definitions of who we hire, rather than continue to invest time in arduous screening and many interviews?
